DECAF APRICOT JAM TEA is a caffeine free rich black tea, sweetened naturally (but lightly) with marigold petals and essence of apricot. The first thing that you notice, before you even taste it, is the lovely fragrance coming through the steam (producing the well-known ahhhhh effect). A cup of this amber-colored tea is delicious with nothing in it, but for a good talk with a best friend, try it with a spoonful of honey and a little half and half. It's also excellent iced and you can drink lots of it because it's decaf! (For iced tea, put five teaspoons of loose tea into a half-gallon glass jug, cover and set it in the sun until it's brewed to desired strength. Strain and serve.)

HOW TO MAKE A PERFECT CUP OF TEA: Put one rounded spoonful of loose tea into a tea ball, one of our mesh tea-infuser spoons, or into the mesh basket that comes with some of our tea mugs. Pour over freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to steep from 2 to 5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
