Fabric: I strongly believe in supporting small businesses and don’t want to encroach on local stores’ sales. But, some of you may not be able to find my fabric in your community, so we happily decided to include it in my web store. To keep things as simple as possible for everyone (and our web store software) ~ we sell fabric in yard increments, no fractions of yards. For those of you who want smaller quantities, please check my Fat Quarters, Charm Packs, and Twice the Charm Packs~ we offer a complete set. Please choose your fabric carefully, as cut fabric is not returnable.

Fabric Care: The manufacturer recommends to pre-wash all new fabrics before using them in a quilt to minimize shrinkage and transfer of colors. Unfold all fabric before placing it in a machine. Wash light-colored fabrics in lukewarm water with a phosphate free detergent. Soak dark colored fabrics individually in cold water for at least an hour to set the dyes and then machine wash in cold water with a phosphate free detergent. It is recommended to tumble fabrics almost dry, then remove them from the dryer and press with an iron. To avoid wrinkling, do not place more than six yards of fabric in a dryer at one time.

Privacy: Your information is safe with us. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share personal customer information with anyone outside our company, other than what is obviously necessary in order to process your order (i.e. the credit card service that you have chosen, and our shipping carrier). If you choose to register for email updates from us, we will be happy to keep you on our email list. This list is maintained by us and not sold. Other information such as your telephone number, address, credit card number is used only by us in order to process and fulfill your order.

Shipping & Processing Charges:
We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order using either First Class or Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or Ground using United Parcel Service (UPS). If you would like your order expedited, please call us at (805) 474-5836. If your order is shipped using UPS, you will be sent an email with a tracking number at the time of shipment, allowing you to check on your order's progress.

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing your order. Our Shipping department is closed Friday thru Sunday.

Returns/Exchanges: If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, just let us know. With a few exceptions, you may return any non-damaged, non-defective, and unaltered merchandise within 45 days from the delivery date to receive a full credit/refund of the purchase price (we will not refund shipping charges). The customer will be responsible for arranging return shipping, return shipping charges, and should obtain package handling insurance for their protection. Return authorization from us is required. Simply call us at 805-474-5836 or email us at: to receive your return authorization. Credit will not be given for returns made without authorization or past the 45-day limit. Products that cannot be returned include personalized books, Jammies (because of their special gift packaging), or cut fabric yardage. In all other cases, whether you'd like a refund or exchange, simply contact us for your return authorization, repack the order in its original packaging, include the email receipt that you received as well as a note explicitly stating what you would like us to do. Sales Tax: A sales tax of 8.0% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside California.

International Orders: As you know, we have started taking International orders! (We we're getting so many requests, we had to rethinking our policy.) So here's what you need to do -- if you REALLY want something, just call us here at the studio 805-474-5836 and we'll work it out. Your international order will need to be over $50.
